My grandfather had property in Maharashtra. He had 2 sons and 1 daughter. Due to my grandfathers death, he had his 2nd marriage. But they dont had any children.

Now both my granparents are dead.

I had a question, can I get the property that is currently in aharashtra?

Because my parentsm uncle didnt even bother to go and ask for property after grandfathers death.

Even I am not sure whether, currently we have the property or not.

I jist wand to ask some questions:

1) How to find whether we still have property or not?

2) Steps as how to get it?
