We had booked flat no 106 in bldg no 35 on 31.1..2012 by paying Rs 51,000/- and balance earnest amount of Rs 2,54,735/- within time limit,but we were was allotted flat no 113 in bldg no 36 on.7.6.2012 due to change in plan without informing us.In between we were not called or informed about agreement or change of plans/allotment by Developers office even after calling number of times. Now when I called for agreement and visited the office today ,I was shocked to know that again there is change in plan and flat allotted to us is 111 in bldg.36 which is against my knowledge and willingness/wishes and is not as per fair trade practice adopted by them.I request you to intervene/look into the matter and do the needful and suggest any remedial measure to take necessary action to redress my grievance.Hoping for prompt response.
