In August 1984, a site was registered in my name through my GPA holder. I have paid the tax for the site for several years. After 20 years of ownership, the seller told me that the site had been wrongly sold to another person and I couldn’t claim ownership on that site. The site is still in my name legally as no cancellation of the sale deed was done. He didn’t reveal to me whom he had sold it. He agreed to give me another site but he died before he did that. How do I go about claiming my ownership of the site as the anonymous owner has not claimed the site. Incidentally, the site is still in my name as revealed by the EC.
