Hi

I am a resident in the UK.

My father lived in India and left a lot of land on his death. As I came to india when I was only 16 I do not have the exact knowledge of all his land.

I also have two brothers in india (one has now died).

The remaining brother and my nephew refuse to give me anything from my due inheritance.

My question is what can I do to get my rightful share?
