i would like to know what legal action can be taken against telecom company if they issue one number to two different people

Hi - I’m not sure if there’s anything very straightforward that you can do to get quick results. The other person who has the same number won’t surrender their number either, I imagine?
Contacting TRAI might be a good first step to find out if there are any simple remedies… Anyone has any ideas?
