Hi

My mother has a house and it has 3 floors. All floors have been given on rent. We are trying to get the tenants to evict the house, as she is a widow and needs the house but they are unwilling to vacate and on top of it, have got the repairs done in the house citing poor conditions and not paid her the rent for 6 months now.

The lease with them has expired long back and now we want to have them evicted from the house.

Please help what we can do.
