its a real situation and somebody is suffering from this situation, he needs ur help. problem-if anyone has a ancestral property but he has not a paper of his property

and all the documents

relating to his property remains with his elder real brother.and there is no conversation between this brothers.

in this situation what should he ( younger brother) do for claiming his property and how can he receive all the documents relating to his property from court? or any other option
