Sir, i have lended 170000 rupees to my friend for which he has given 4 blank cheques with duly signed by him, 4 months before promising me to repay amount within 3 months but he failed to repay the amount and indeed he has ran away from his home and the city and cannot be traceable while his father and mother are still in their own house and refusing to repay the amount. So please give me the best advice what to do now.
