my uncle made a donation to a college of rs 600000 as he is in need for money now he want to take it back he made the donation 6yrs back . so he wants to know if he can get back the money legally the college gave a receipt the amount on white paper which is typed with receivers signature and college stamp .so please tell me with this can we proceed legally
