respected sir,

i am a tenant in a shop from past 120 years . our land lord have won the case under section 21 for eviction . and we got notice for clearing the shop in one month (at first level - khafifa judge).

land lord died few years ago , he has 3 sons and 1 daughter . now their brothers want their shop empty for their sister 50 years (who is unmarried and living with them). they are very wealthy people and have many shops & businesses. we are in very much need of our shop for existence .

please advice with examples of rulings in which tenant was protected .
