Property despute

I am a christian, My Maternal Grandfather bought a property and passed away after my grandmother without leaving a will. He had 6 Children- 2 elder sons and 4 daughters of which my mom was the eldest. My uncles and 1 aunt have settled down years back aboard. After my grandma’s death my mum took care of my grandfather till he passed..she used to maintain the property well, one of my mum’s sister and second brother have always had issues with my mum, so on one of my second uncles visit to india he took the property papers saying he was going to pay off some dues of land tax of my grandfather and actually put the property on his name saying he is the only son of my grandpa.

My mum and her youngest sister have passed away, and my aunt in india and second uncle want to sell the property to someone else, when we intervened, he said that now that my mum is no more we have no rights on anything and no say. We not want the property to be sold and want our youngest brother to buy it for a reasonable amount but they are not reducing the amount, they say they will distribute the amt among all the 4 living siblings, my aunt and uncle abroad do not want they side of the money but the other two are insisting on us paying the whole amount to them. If they decide to eventually sell the property to a thirdparty can we put a stay order as grandchildren on the property and what is our rights on this. Please advise.

Take the land into Adverse Position as your mom is to take care of the land and let them approach the court.
