My brother in law was not yet all residing with his father over tenanted flat but the land lord included him as Legal Representative and continuing a eviction petition after the death of his father. Now he has obtained final order(decree). Whether my brother in law is the actual LR’s. Can he challenge the order before high court saying he not a necessary party and the case is hit by mis-joinder of parties
