My brother in law was not yet all residing with his father over tenanted flat but the land lord included him as Legal Representative and continuing a eviction petition after the death of his father. Now he has obtained final order(decree). Whether my b-i-l is the actual LR’s. Can he challenge the order before high court saying he not a necessary party and the case is hit by mis-joinder of parties
