Get legal notice from company against break company bond.

I am vishwajeet working with software firm in india as a software Eng.
I joined one company in the month of August 2012 and leave that company in the month of September 2012 (only one month).
Their I signed bond of 2 years with company. but after some time I am not feeling well faceing some health issue and not comfortable with that organization.
So I planned to leave that company and go back home to take rest as my health was not fine.
And inform organization that I am not well need rest for few weeks then After few weeks I informed I will not able to continue job with your organization.
Now in the month of 1st Jan 2013 they sent one leagal notice to my native town to pay 5 L with in 7 days.
I dont have that much of amount to pay them.
so please suggest me the best way.

I have signed a 2 year bond with a software company that was on a 10 Rupee stamp paper and also i have given them a cheque undated but with wrong signature on it. i left the company in 9 months .Now they have sent me the absconding letter and after 15 days i got legal notice to deposit the bond amount.
And i have consulted a lawyer and he is saying you will have to pay the amount even if the case filled you will loose.
Plz suggest me what should i do in this situation,
And I they can recover bond amount from me i they filled case??????
