Is the Supreme Court correct about the pre relationship before marriage ?

And Why should you think otherwise?

1) The SC judgment you are referring to did not decide upon the legality of live-in relationships per se. It was a petition seeking to quash various criminal proceedings initiated against Khushboo for advocating live in and pre marital relationships.

2) A conduct may be immoral because society at large finds it unacceptable. But for legal purposes, i.e. for the purposes of court, an act/conduct can be condemned by it, only if it is illegal. An illegal conduct is one which is prohibited and punishable by law. There is no law which directly prohibits such conduct. Even otherwise, i.e., such act cannot be brought indirectly within the purview of any illegality
