Looking for legal counsel for P.I.L matter in misuse of Trust property by Trustees
The Trustees have submitted a proposal to the Building Proposal Department to redevelop a trust property without following proper procedures and made a clear effort to siphon off trust funds for personal gains. The Trustees have sold the trust property but not shown the sell transaction on paper, instead they claim that they themselves will develop the property. In fact the builder who has bought the property is developing the property by proxy in the name of the trustees. Also there were several tenants living on the trust property who have been forcibly evicted under duress and short sold on the value of their rights. There is also a breach of Trust wherein the “Objects of the Trust” has clearly been violated. The charity commissioner unfortunately has cleared the trustees of any wrong doing recently, on the basis of my complaint more than 18 months ago. Under section 36(1)(a) of the Public Trust Act the trust property has to be auctioned via a Public Auction in case the property is sold, but that process has been cleverly subverted by under-the-table transaction. Need Legal Help to file a P.I.L OR Writ to bring the crooks to book. Locus-Standi is also a problem as I am an interested party, and not directly hurt by the Trust/Trustees.
