There are 4 plots of X person in the side of my plot. A second Y person who had sold me this plot in 2004, came back in 2008, 2010 asking that the X person wants the plot and we should give it to him at lesser price. We postponed it.

Now Y says that the X person is no more interested in the plots in that area. But he has a client Z who wants the Y’s plot(which is beside me) along with my plot if i am ready to sell. Y has also offered me to build a compound wall for me and also his plot through his own person.

X is some kind of political goon type. I am sure that once i sell my plot, Y’s plot and my plot will be X’s through Z alongwith the road area of person Q.

What precaution should i take so that the fencing appears to be done by me?

I read “Where the land was previously open ground, fencing is strong evidence of factual possession, but it is neither indispensable nor conclusive.”

I am trying to get the fencing done, though it might be that the Y is still working for X. As i told previously, another person Q who appears to be owner of some land in the plots layout (mostly the road portion which he might not have sold) had said to us that he will not allow anything to happen. Thats why i am avoiding building a fence on my own.

How to prove that the fence built is mine? and not built by person wanting to have adverse possession? What are the documents Y or X might produce to prove adverse possession?
