Unknown Person Building Compound Around My Land Plot

Hi,
I am a layman in terms of law.
This is urgent if somebody can help me out.
A person told me that somebody has started building a wire compound around my plot of 3000sqft. The layout consists of many 3000 sqft plots. The land was bought by me with clear title in gunthewari when it was not under corporation. But now it has become a residential zone. There is absolutely no problem in land title.
What should i do?
Should i desttroy the wire compound and build a brick compound wall myself?
Should i take pictures of the building process going on?
How can i prevent the land from going to other hands?

Please help me at the earliest as this is an ongoing process.
I will have a look at my plot in the morning.
Initially try and settle it amicably. Send the breaching party a legal notice. If unresolved, approach a court for injunction order
That sounds like sensible advice. Definitely take some photos if you can, that can never hurt.
And if this escalates into an issue you can’t solve, definitely seek some proper legal advice to decide how to approach this.

I just checked today and the cement posts were installed on the opposite plot to my plot. Though this person is of some goon type.
Went today and somebody came and said indirectly to us that he wont allow any thing to be done here anymore calling all the land his. We didnt do anything. We just said that our land had no problems and was with clear title.
We plan to keep watch on it everyday as it is near to our house.
If the compound is being built i will follow what you have advised.
