Hello , I am from Hyderabad recently my marriage has been “called off” due to the sudden decision from bride (mood changed) at last minute before wedding cards distribution occasion. Basically She is a dietitian (Hyd) and currently doing Phd (we both are from traditional family)…

I have not seen the girl prior to engagement, it happened in June after our interaction over phone…

The next day after engagement she was seducing and exposing with her behavior (without me asking or requesting anytime) but I was thinking both are in 30+ so

I was under impression that she is taking initiative towards sexual topics (under impression) and thought that she is having sexual pleasures due to that. It was a continuous thing for almost 2 months

After my engagement done (it was done by elders and I was out of country that time), she told that she is not interested in marriage, she just want to get marriage just for the purpose of getting fire (after death) instead of buried in ground (if not married), like that she was behaving with me …

After 3 weeks of engagement when mutual talk there was a topic came for children, during that time i was asking are you interest in boy or girl, next moment , she got high temper and abusing me like below

1) I am not interested in kids forever

2) I am not capable, I can’t bear their weight, first thing I can’t manage them, like that commented

3) if you force me to get pregnancy I will suicide myself in USA (I was working there till this alliance cancellation)

4) Incase if you want to prove you are male in front of elders, I will later perform again your marriage with some other girl

This kind of comments I got from her all time.

>>> All the time no respect to me

>>> Not interested in taking responsibilities at in-laws house

>>> Mood changes frequently and getting frequent anger and abusing for silly things which are not even realistic issues to make a point to argue

>>> told many lies to me and making me fool for couple of things but I was always showing my affection and love as I am committed to the relation since this marriage alliance was initiated by elders from both side.

>>> At last she cancelled this match at last minute by show casing negatives from side…to her family.

>>> I was USA but she is pressurizing me to come to India just for 3 days in August for to HUG and KISS her…for that I told that is not possible from USA to India just for 3 days not possible I told, she is saying reason that to convey in my office like “your fiancé met with an accident or she is dead ” like that she is talking to me

>>> Always seductive when I see in webcam or over phone else too much short temper or showcasing anger for silly things for which if she is not get convinced or not interested of any of topics in our discussion due to that I use to get frustration and I also lose control and use to scold her,

At last she conveyed to her mother, sister and BIL about me all negative things and cancelled the marriage @ last minute for no reason (I feel) but she finally behaved abruptly n abnormally with my elder while calling off this alliance.

She even booked function hall, and getting prepared for all things towards marriage occasion but the other way she is doing some things inherently in other way to avoid this function i feel… I am confused.

P.S

I have shared to her before engagement itself all my positives and negatives to her including my financial status, career aspirations and requirements and desires and how i want to lead my life after my marriage along with spouse, for the same she was telling all supportive manner. But at last she conveyed to her family that showcasing my negatives to cancel from my side since I was in USA I contact regularly to her over phone to speak…

At present its all done from both sides, I just want to make myself understand that, is she is normal woman? or having some concerns in her behavior wrt mental health condition wise?

I came to know lately after cancellation of this alliance that she is the daughter of second wife to her father (which was not told to us from beginning), we didn’t enquire also about the family as we from traditional background…
