My wife and son are willingly under my female cousin custody against wish of mine, my wife’s mother in ernakulam, How can i compalint to police against my cosuin to release them to her house.

my wife is seeking for a divorce but yet not filed any papers,son is 15 years old.

But now i need to file a case against my cousin
