Would be Property inherited By Mother from his son be in nature of ancestral property

Mother: - M

Three Sons and one Daughter: - A, B, C, D.

Eldest Son A purchases a property from his own earned money, but dies subsequently without any heir. Hence property got transferred to Mother.

Later on mother dies leaving WILL in favor of one Son C.

Can other two that is Son B and Daughter claim their share in same property (Land).

Would this property be in nature of ancestral property?

If Will exists then son and daughter cannot claim for the property.
