a friend received a notice last week informing that he had signed for a person guaranteeing his presence in the court when the case against him will be read out 25 years ago (i.e. the notice was received last week, but it says the the document was signed 25 years ago)The notice says that the person should be present during the hearing on 30th oct 2012 or else my friend needs to pay 950 rupees. My friend says he dosent remember signing any such document and dsnt know the person who is asked to be present and the sign is his name written on that document but the style of his sign is different. He dosent mind paying the money but fears of any further consequences if he signs. Please guide.
