Hello Sir,

My father had bought a land around 10/15 yrs back,in bhubaneswar Odisha,. from last 5/6 yes some people are staying there making kind of Slums.in our land some 4/5 family stays and rest stays in next land making slum home as those are GOVT lands. because we were not visiting the land site regularly .we do stay in a different city ,this is what is the current situation. Now my father is retired, and we want to built our home there. The local corporates even supporting them silently as he gets Vote from most of the slums.

we pay the taxes regularly, even we have the land passbook, even over the website for land of Odisha, the land record comes in my father’s name.

I just wanted to know what is the legal way i should follow to get our land asap , so that i can make boundary wall to the land. and what is the process, If i field case , how long the trail generally goes for such case .

Sir pls suggest a faster and better legal solution.
