i m in trouble i take some money from my friend i give him two blank cheq just only singed check ,

now i m ready to return his money but he dont take it i just take 20000 now he demading 2 lakh , he filled the case against me , i regulary go to court on dates of courts

outside its not sattled i dont have any prove how much money i take and all any way to safe from it ya take
