I’ve been receiving calls and text messages from 9891056318 number. Also apparently the person sending the person using that number has given my phone number to other friends of his/ her. I haven’t deleted any of the messages sent to me. Also most of the calls and numbers are saved in the call log. I’ve been losing sleep over this matter for about a month now.

My query is : if a complaint is lodged, under what provisions are they going to be?

Or instead of going through this entire procedure, I should simply change my mobile number?
