Dear sir,

I am ashish staying in rammurhy nagar. In the month of may my wife seen one house for lease and at that time it was not ready, and the house owner told us just give us advance of 55000 we will make it ready in 10 days time. But they didnt finish the house and we are forced to go for another house for rent. And till now his house is not yet finished. And we are asking our money back now he is giving silly reasons and always asking us just wait for 10 days 15 days i will give the money back. My money position is not so good, i am a family man with 2kids. Where to go and whome to ask for help. Please suggest me how to get money back from him. I am having aggrement paper in which its writen he had taken 55000 amount with his sign.
