I am from Mumbai and living a Tenancy owned flat. My father has provided a detailed document on a 100INR stamp paper and the supporting documents(including NOC, Death Certificates). Should the stamp paper be notarized post all the trustees (Landlords) signature or should the document be notarized post signature of my Father for it to be legally valid.
