We have been staying in Dharavi koliwada .My father Navneet Morwall [ Aged 75years – retired engineer from Glaxo ] ] and mom Maya Morwall [Aged 65 years – Housewife ] Both Senior citizens have been living in Mumbai for the last 50 years in Mumbai .We Possess valid Voters Id Card , Ration Card , Electricity Bills of last 50 years etc.

Since the last two Months My land lord Peter Koli and his son Johnson koli have been harassing us to leave the house without any court resolution to the Issue. They don’t give us the rent receipts and many a times openly ask for the same rent twice upon asking for the receipt has abused us to leave the house. we have done two police complaints [N.C ] as he has threatened he will murder us and occupy the house in our absense.

I am the only earning member and would like to get some legal advice please.

Please help as we need help ASAP .
