:evil: A frnd of mine was doing business of manufacturing pesticides in an industrial shed which was originally allotted to another person as proprietor. later they decided to do business in another firm,s name as partners in the same premise. eventually the owner in whose name the lease was allotted found some lucrative job and retired from the firm allowing the other partner to continue the business in the same premises and informed about tha same to the office of industrial estate with all agreements being sent to them.No reply came from the office. all this happened in 1995. In 2006 the person whose,s name the lease was allotted died and the second partner continued business there.

In 2010 he rd. a notice for vacating the shed on the ground that the wife of the deceased had sent a letter to the authorities saying they may take possession of the shed from the present occupant. He objected to this saying he had been in possession for more than 15 yrs there with due information and running his unit there. Again in 2012 my frnd sent a legal notice saying he is not a tresspasser and he is ready to pay arrears of rent should the lease be regularised in his favour to which the reply was sent by the industrial estate saying that he has no claim . So he filed a legal suit for his grievances in the matter. receiving the notice from the court they forcefully evicted him out of the premises and have stolen his goods lying there. A security guard has been posted there . He informed the matter to the court but they did not grant temporary injunction till they hear the opposite party.Has the action taken by them is legal. After taking possession they have started doing renovation activities there.what option is left for him
