Dear sir,

i recived a Rs.1,00,000/= for doing interior work, we commenced few work, but he get cheque Rs1,00,000/= from us for the security. he presented the cheque, and ask us to return the payment, it was bounce he presented with our knowledge,

now he givig pressure, else he says that he will come with non bail war rent, what can i do for such a pressure, even am asking time to return the bayment, i need solution urgent
