Urgent help In copyright registration of architectural work
Hi,
Can some one please help me with the procedure for attaining a copyright in an architectural plan?
My doubts pertain to :
1. Whether one can attach copies of all aspects of an architectural plan, that is the prospective views of the exterior, floor and elevation drawings etc of the interiors with one application or do separate applications need to be filed for each set of drawings? Because essentially it all relates to one total work and is just different aspects of the same.
2. Since this is still a plan, yet to be actually constructed, what does one write for the year of completion?
3. I have sent my plan for a competition that will be adjudged by a closed jury. Does my work amount to published or unpublished now?
4. If I win, the jury shall have the right to use my plan but I shall learn of this only much later so as on date am I required to add the jury as an interested party in my application?
This needs to be filed on utmost urgent basis. Quick help is sought please.
Many thanks!
