Hi,

I have 2 uncles (Mother’s brother), they always have family and property dispute among each other. The dispute is so bad that my youner uncle tend to life threatened my elder uncle. He has also attacked him once with the help of his criminal friends almost taking his life. There was no action taken against him at that time.

My younger uncle has criminal record and have been into jail many times. Local police takes bribe and they will settle the matter, if we approach them.

I wanted to know how can I seek help from Govt. in this matter?

Also, I wanted to know if I am eligible to claim a share in my Grandfather’s property (My Mother’s father).

My mother died when I was 10 Yrs (today I am 30 yr and married) and my Grandfather died in 2010. He has not left any will or any property separation document.

My younger uncle wants to kill my elder uncle for the property. Please help me on this before he gets success. He has contacts with local criminal also.

I am pregnant now, he and his wife mentally torture me by fighting with me for small family issues.
