Hi,

I was born with a name (Sairamesh). My parents changed my name to (Ramesh) when I was a small child by submitting a letter at the Indian Embassy (We were living in Africa). We didn’t do any thing to legalize the name change. Since then I have consistently used that name in all my documents. Is there some way I can formalize this name change that occurred roughly ten years back?
