I worked in MNC company (BPO) in that my supervisor (lady) and one colic has some bad affairs.In the floor itself some annoying things will happen it continued for so many days . we cant tolerate and we have complained to HR they took some action. in mean while this illegal affairs was identified by her husband and break happen now that colic he went out from company and now threatening by phone calls very badly and speaking about my parents also but i dint do any things he is from slum so he have some friends that they can do anything for him I have recorded calls which i recd from him please advice how to proceed legally i was suffering like anything which i dint do any thing Please help… Thanks
