Hi,

Im Ayush and I am facing a problem regarding my tenant.I had filed an evacuation case against my tenant which I have won.*I have a married sister to whom all the case files were sent on regular basis when the evacuation case was active.During that phase she made no appearances or objections to the case.*The verdict of the evacuation case has stated that the tenant should vacant the premises within 3months.Now all of a sudden my sister has filed a case against me stating that portion belongs to her and she wants the tenants to stay.I own 3/4 of the property and my sister 1/4 but Our property has not yet been legally divided amongst us.She is doing this on purpose as she has now teamed up with my tenant.What should i do to make the tenants leave??do the tenants have the right to stay in our premises till the legal division of our property?and does my sister have a right to state that,that very portion belongs to her though no legal mutation have been made?and can’t i evict the tenant being a major share holder having 3/4 of the property.plz help !!!
