Please note that i had give my flat on rent for 11 months .The agreement ends on 30/09/12. the tenant decided to vacate the flat in July which he has done but is not giving the keys. we have his advance for 3 months with us. Kindly suggest what to do ?? Can we enter the flat after 30/09/12.
