This is just a query which i thought someone would like to help me with.

There are 2 questions:

1. Can a guardian enter into a contract on behalf of the minor whereby the contract is pertaining to participation of the child in a reality tv show involving hazardous and risky performances.?

2. On breach of the above mentioned contract can the guardian file a suit in the High Court against the TV Company? Does the case qualify in purview of the High Court’s Original Jurisdiction.?
