I live in Chennai and our grand father’s property in Allahabad U.P the property is owned by my father and me and my brother we all live in chennai as my father is a heart patient he is unable to go there and file a case against our tenant and I and younger brother are working in chennai so we cant get such a long leave from our company because of this reason our tenants are taking advantage of this. Actually this property (house) is very older and built by my grand father now he is no more previously this property contains of 16 tenants in this 11 tenants has vacated and balance 5 tenants file a case against us stating that we are forcely vacating them I wish to know that if there is anything we file case from chennai or any better suggestion to get back our rights immediately
