I have a registered lease agreement for my flat I Noida. He signed another agreement that if he does not vacate flat by 28 jun 12, he will pay penalty of Rs 25000 per day for illegal occupation. For two months , he has not paid rent or penalty. Cheque issued by him for Rs 4 lacs has bounced.
