My friend is a Bengali.He got two sons. He came down to Hyderabad for their employment. Both are soft ware engineers. Elder married a girl in love marriage. She is a Muslim.The second one married Andhra girl who is his colleague. She is second daughter to her parents. Her parents have three daughters. All are working as software engineers.Elder daughter married a boy, who is her colleague. Second daughter married my friend son. Her father is having no job. He is depending on the salaries of his daughters.They are also married employed boys and giving their salaries to their father and demanding money from their husbands. First daughter has got divorce. Now, my friend daughter-in-law also giving her salary to her parents and pinching money from her husband for the necessities of her father.. Due to which there are some disputes have been arisen in between them. She reside in in law house a week in a month. Rest of the days she will stay with her parents. Now and then she is coming along with sisters and her parents to my friends house and beating them, abusing them in filthy language. Due to her harassment, my friend elder son left the house and his where about are not known till this day. As both sons are giving their salaries to their wives, my friend is working as a clerk in a private firm and maintaining the house, rent and food. But, she is very aggressive and threatening my friend to involve him in Under Section 498-A of I.P.C and put them behind bars. My friend has filed police complaint but, the police refused to take the complaint saying it is his family matter. Please advise to my friend what should he do?
