I was working in Indian IT company based in Mumbai. That company sent me to Europe in one day (without training). I was there for 2 years and gave my best during that time and there was so single complaint from the client. Before coming here, they asked me to sign on NDA which states that we should joint client or competitors.

After 2 years, they lost the project because they put more money in bidding.

Since they had nothing for me in india, they told me that you can look job or after 3 months we cant give you indian salary. I was waiting for new project from them even on too low indian salary but they never called me and when i called they said nothing for you.I got relieving letter and exp letter and then got job from the company which got the new contract with the same client.

Now their legal department sent notice to me saying, i breached NDA and i should leave the job, pay them 300000 rs. When the company is unable to give job, how I was supposed to survive as I am a family man with the home loan?

As a indian national my basic right is to survie and in this case how this company can do such things?

Is it legal or can i make counter case on them for harrasment as they have not released my FNF amount also.
