A complainant, twoperson well educated s and two public servants.

The complaintant was approached by his two persons that the govt servant is asking for money. Eventhough they theakll the personsn knew that s knew very well that the two jrmost employees cannot or even empowered to do the same.

1. The complainant was already informed by te govt before one month that your work is done. he had even acknowledged that letter from a foreign country.

2. his accomplice insists for money on some false pretext

3. complainant agreess to pay but without the knowledge of the person he makes a complaint to the cbi

4. at the time of excahanging money he asks his indian accomplice to send someone to collect the money

5. the indian accomplice sends his junior to collect the money and he fell to the trap laid by cbi

6. on realising that his junior was trapped and now he will be in trouble and to excape his points his finger toewards the govt officials

7. he calls the govt servantsw and reauestes that they should meet him when questioned by the govt persons for what purposes he assures only to clarify a question and to talk and his jr hands over the money to the govt servants on false pretext and workds

first the govt servants have never met the complainant and neiwther demanded money for any work since they knew that they casnnot do oit

secondly the jr private who was caught red handed by cbi hanve never seen the govt employees neither he had any contacts with them

third the main person that is the senior wanted to extract m0ney from his friend but he fails to notice the criminal mind of his friend

now what wilo be the fate of govt servants now i am not saying that all govt servants are innocent but all not bad

here the work is already done and informed to the complaints one month before e his evil designs to get wide publicity thry media and gain popularity he is a doctor not uneducated

and now the his main friend is not arrested his jr fell for the bullets and the govt servants were caught and the cbi arrested all the three but diidnot register fir against one tilldate after 13 months no fir regd against him plm suggerswt what remedies are available in indian constitution
