Dear sir greeting for the day!!!!!!!!!!

My real name is Raju age-37, i leaved in uttam nagar, delhi, want to help reading change the name once again(I’ll already change my name once the detail as below in 2 steps).

step 1. I’ll change my name since 6 and half year back RAJU to RAJARYAN with the help of notary office, make the affidavit from his office sign & stemp.

step 2. I’ll go to news paper agency and post the add in new paper “THE TIMES OF INIDA” and save the newspaper cutting in myself.

but now i want to change my name again, I just want to help in this regard and also please tell me the way how can i change my name in my all the government issued documents like pan card, voter card, ration card, driving license etc.
