Sir!

now i have 3 yr son, myself and husband were separately living for the past 1 year. now i decided to apply for divorce. at the time of marriage the property was on the name of my father-in-law (expired). now recently husband family sold that old property and bought new property in the name of my mother-in-law. my husband have a sister who have one son and one daughter.

now in my divorce apply, is there is chance to get the share on that property.

please help
