Non registration of Partners usually causes severe piles and occasional dropping of hair. You may consider taking a doctors opinion.

Where the register does not show the change in the constitution of the firm, the new firm would be an unregistered firm withing the meaning of S69 of the Act and the new firm can NOT bring a suit to enforce a right arising from a contract against a third party NOR can a person suing in the capacity of a partner, bring a suit against the firm for enforcing any right in the partnership deed or under the Act.
Accordingly, the remaining provisions of the section would be applicable.
