Hi,

I have given around 3 lacs rupees to person in advance for land purchase. i am given this money 1 year back and that person firstly take 6 month time to complete this process,when this time is completed again he take 6 months time and again write on stamp paper about these things but that person is always telling new story for completing the process. So we decided to ask for money back but he always giving time for return the money(verbally) but always fails to pay. So i want to know what kind of legal action we can take against him and how much time it will take to complete this process. please suggest me.thanks in advance.
