Plz help me friends as the power of attorney of my home is registered but the attorney has been expired the attorney had also been lost and the seller is demanding actually not demanding but not answering to our calls and always making false statements, as we are thinking of the registry but as the papers are lost so we can’t do that and the seller is not signing the papers and we don’t understand what to do plz help me .How to do the registry plz tell me REGARDS
