Just having query regarding purchasing agriculture land…

My grandfather was farmer, but my mother’s and her sister’s name (aunt) were not get added to 7/12 extract after grandfather passed away, currently 7/12 extract contains maternity uncles name.

Rightfully specking I am from agriculture background, Can I use above information to purchase any farm house plot (agriculture land)? If so, what would be right procedure.
