Hi..

This is pooja here. I had signed with one 3rd party IT company on 14th nov,2011 and i had signed a bond of Rs. 2 lacs for a period of 2 & 1/2 yrs and given one guarantor-name as well who would be paying this amount if I am discontinuing my services before 2&1/2yrs.. And also they told us to keep a fixed-deposit of Rs. 50,000/- as a Bank-guarantee which is invokable by them if I abscond.

And now I have resigned from this company. They have invoked those 50,000/- and are now asking for 2-lacs as well. And I have joined other company as a fresher,i.e., I am not this as an experience. Otherwise, they are saying they’ll proceed with legal actions.

Can u plz suggest me what they can do and how can it affect my career.
