I lost my wife in an accident and have a child. I plan to get married soon and in that case, is it necessary/required to carry out any process to ensure my child is considered as the legal child of my second wife as well? Will our marriage take care of any legal issue that may reqiure the child to be her legal child or the mother tobe her legal parent/guardian?

Apart from this, when I apply for a new passport for my child, will my (new) marriage certifiate along with all the other necessary documents, enough to get her name as mother in my child’s passport?

Please advise on the above…
